Unicorn Cake Workshop

Aug. 11, 12 – 2:30 p.m. | $55 per pair | Instructor: Kara Smith.

Learn the basics of creating a smooth surface to your cake frosting with proper tools and techniques. Cookie, chocolate and fondant unicorn horn, ears and eyes will be provided. Discussion of frosting recipes, cake mix add-ins and baking will be covered. Each student will leave with their own frosted Unicorn 6″ two-layer cake. Simple decorating and pipping techniques will be demonstrated. In addition, a take home cake decorating goody bag and recipes will be provided.
